Bournemouth Rare Plant Show organises plant events that bring together specialist growers, plant sellers, and plant enthusiasts.

Event locations may vary and currently include:

• Bournemouth (Hamworthy Club)
• Birmingham (Secret Space Birmingham)

Additional UK locations may be added in the future.

3. Ticket Purchases

Tickets for events are sold through Eventcube, a third-party ticketing provider.

By purchasing tickets, you agree to Eventcube’s own terms and policies in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

4. Ticket Policy

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.

If an event is cancelled by the organiser, ticket holders may be eligible for a refund or transfer, depending on the ticket provider’s policy.

Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes.

5. Visitor Conduct

Visitors attending events must:

• Follow venue rules and safety guidelines
• Respect traders, staff, and other visitors
• Comply with health and safety requirements

The event organiser reserves the right to remove any individual from the event if behaviour is deemed disruptive or unsafe.

• Theft

Photography and video recording may take place at events.

Traders applying to participate in events must:

• Complete the trader application process
• Comply with health and safety regulations
• Follow venue rules and event guidelines

The organiser reserves the right to:

• Accept or decline vendor applications
• Remove vendors who do not comply with event rules

The sale of counterfeit plants, illegal imports, or prohibited items is strictly forbidden.
